PROJECT BACKGROUND

The titular character in Marvel’s Daredevil on Netflix is a founding partner of a lawfirm, called “Nelson and Murdock: Attorneys at Law”.

In one scene during the show’s first season, we see our main characters speaking Spanish, and (humorously) mistranslating “lawyers” as “avocados” (the correct word is “abogados”).

The gag resonated well and became a running joke for fans of the show, and after the show’s cancellation, I decided to create a digital mock-up of the lawfirm’s sign to reflect it. The entire thing is made from stock textures.
